I need a design for a multifunction fitness station. First stage.

The fitness station is powered by strong electric motor, not weights, against which the exerciser exerts either concentric or eccentric force throughout a safe range of motion.
A stress gauge attached to the motor measures the force.
A computer attached to the stress gauge plots the force/time and compares against predefined targets.
Safety is paramount and would need to include physical, electrical and logical parameters.
Bio mechanical considerations are key in order to work safely with people of differing sizes and proportions.
Simplicity of use is also key in order to allow people to switch quickly from one exercise to another.
First stage: overall design to prove biomechanics and simplicity. In 3d.
Second stage: details of components, precise dimensions, specific hardware. Tolerances, safety mechanisms, ergonomics
Third stage: translate it into a thing of beauty
