I need a 3D walk-through model created for new 3 bedroom apart. to test lighting.

We are building a new 3 bedroom apartment over our 2 car garage and need to have a model so that we can determine the best lighting for it at various times of the day. We would also like someone to work with as we want to try different floor/wall treatments as well.

The build is ongoing, but I can provide architectural drawings along with photographs and thoughts we have already.

Ideally, we would like to be able to virtually tour the apartment during nighttime, daytime and dusk/dawn to maximize the attributes of the apartment. We would look to you to suggest lighting ideas (as an expert) and try some of our ideas too.

I have uploaded some sample plans and drawings to indicate size, but it has a kitchen, dining/bedroom, master bedroom with ensuite, and bathroom on one floor, staircase to the mezzanine which could act as a large bedroom or living room.

We would also like to see samples of your work before we could decide who gets the contract.
