I need a 3D render of plastic package from a hand draw with measures and references

Design details: Hi , i have pics and handwrited sketch of what i need of the package.
We are trying to catch a Pie maker to sell for him a new Pie package.
The output should be a 3D cad visualization with textures like on the reality to show the client how would be a view of the pie with the package.
Could be for Inventor, or better on a free 3d viewing format like PDF.
The quality of the render is better important. The exact the measures are nothing important. Only the visualization.
