I need a 3d model of a Mail room, but set in the north pole

I am developing a script for a Christmas animation feature film set in the North Pole. It includes a mail room in which Santa's elves are reading through all the letters they receive form children.

The room itself is quite small and cramped, with desks alongside each wall. On two opposite walls are two chairs. The desks are all cluttered with folders and letters, there is no organisation. Children's christmas drawings are stuck the walls and christmas lights are hanging from the ceiling. The best example would be a room form the film 'Arthur's Christmas' at the beginning. This room doesn't have to as cluttered but the idea is that there is a lot of Christmas decorations and letters all over the place, it is not supposed be very tidy.
