Hill Skp 3D model from surveyor dwg

Need sketchup 3D model of a steep hill made from surveyor Dwg file, Highlighted in green. There are no contours lines but coordinates are marked. Its easy to make wont take longer than a few hours to someone who knows the job.

I want someone who can really do it right. No time wasters or I report the ID !!

I am too busy to do it hence i need assistance ASAP.

Dwg file will be provided and google maps location too.
