Generate Photo realistic model from CAD .dwg file and insert into photo

Design details: Hello,
I have a .dwg file of an observation wheel and ground platform.
I have 9 high quality .jpg photos which I need to insert a photo realistic version of this model onto.
I have a SketchUp version of this wheel and platform which I inserted into Google Earth.
I screen captured the exact perspective for the wheel and platform, brought it into Photoshop, cut out the wheel and inserted it into my 9 images.

TASKS
1) I need you to generate photo realistic version of the observation wheel and platform CAD .dwg file (with correct lighting and textures)
2) I need you to exactly match the angle and perspective of the sample wheel and platform in each of the 9 photos and render in 3Dsmax.
3) I need you to insert the captured model as an UN-flattened layer in Photoshop for each of the 9 .jpg images.

NOTE: NO Photoshop work is required. I will flatten the model and blend it into the photo. I just need your help to generate and insert the photo realistic wheel layer into each image.

Note: The .dwg file has several layers of building configurations. The default is to include all of them - which is not correct. I will send you sample images so you can select the correct layer.

Note: I will need to send you the following:
1) CAD .dwg file
2) 9 screen capture sample images with sample wheel and platform (for you to match)
3) original 9 high quality .jpg photos (to insert model into)

The .dwg and sample images are larger than the allowable limit. I will need you to give me your email so I can send you the files via wetransfer.

I have attached a couple screen captures of the cad file and a photo of an identical wheel which opened this year.

Ideally, I would like the work to be finished today (Friday Nov 14) or tomorrow (Saturday Nov 15).
