FRP Wetting head

Please can you draw the attached. Please allow for the following;
- Inventor 3D model of Chemix Mixing Head in FRP (Details B, D, and F)
- Inventor 3D model of Chemix Sight Tube in Acrylic (detail A)
- Inventor 3D model of Chemix Mount Stand in 316ss (detail E)
- Fabrication drawings for both
Delivery will need to include
- Combined Inventor model
- stp file of combined model
- All fabrication drawings on the attached .idw (will sent to successful applicant)
- Drawing numbers sent to successful applicant
Whilst the attached shows the layout of the model. The description of items should be as follows.
A = 100mm ID NB Clear Acrylic Pipe with standard ANSI 150 (ASME B16.9) 100NB Flange Connection
B = 32mm N.B. x 3.2mm thick - with 80mm Inlet Funnel (One drawing for all items B, D, F)
Note for B - welded into water Header (F)
C = 5 off 1/4” NPT Thread Nozzles Mounted in bottom
Note for C - mount to bottom Flange of F on 82mm PCD at 72 (360/5) degrees to each other
D = 25mm NB FRP (changed to) Inlet Flange must have gussets as per standard flanges (eg 0960-101-30-0001)
E = External 4mm - Mount Frame to bolt to the top flange of F
F = 100mm NB standard FRP pipe with;
- 2 off blank flanges drilled to suit ANSI 150 (ASME B16.9) 100NB flange bolt arrangements
- Also drilled to fit and seal item B
- With item D to fit
