I am looking for someone to come back to me with a few suggested floor plans for an extension we are planning.
Ideally this would include
> An open plan kitchen/Diner/living space
> Utility room
> Separate snug/living room
We aren't looking to spend more than £30k on the extension so the plans need to be realistic in size to this budget.
