I have a space for a day spa with about 36 to 40m2 which will have a facial room, massage/wax room, 1 seater barbers, waiting/ reception a section of the wall or shelving of products around the waiting/reception area. the rooms will be divided by wooden partitions and a door. another 2 square metres for a sink and toilet. the total area will be 42m2.
