Externals - 3D (sketchup) then Photorealism

I need some external drawings doing in Sketchup with a fast turnaorund. A contact I worked with before was managing but he is unable now hence I need a quick turnaround.

I am converting 2 barns and some landscaping and I need these to show how the project will look. Only the proposed and only the externals need drawing.

I need to draw in sketchup first so I can review, and then I need you to put though some some render software to look realistic. I need all complete by the end of Monday (15th).
