Exterior design and floor plan of a 16 x 13 house

Hi Nur Hatice Kübra, I am looking for a 3D exterior to be done please and a floor plan just to get an idea of how it could look. Thank you here is what I was thinking and the size of the house, also how long roughly would this take please and the price for it to be done thank you.
Ground floor
Open plan kitchen,dining,living room with log burner fire.would like a large 2 story window in this area with an inside small/medium size balcony looking over this area.
Grand Entrance hall on its own or to the open plane kitchen living/dinning room with beautiful stairs.
Snuggle room/living room with log burner fire.
Pantry/utility area behind the kitchen in the kitchen area would like the door to this to be hidden in to the kitchen interior/walls.
Shoe/boot and coat room.
Downstairs toilet.
Would like a wrap around porch at the front of the house and nice entrance to door with the house being raised with stars going up.
First floor
3 bedrooms with small/medium ensuite and built in wardrobes and enough space for a dressing tables.
Master bedroom with his and her walk in wardrobe and ensuite would like all the rooms to all have balconies
Second floor
Office room with a small living area/sofas
Gym room
Large balcony area on roof.
Outside
Family pool
Patio area
Outdoor kitchen area
Nice size garden/grass area
Front of house
Natural colours/earthy colours/slate/stone not sure on this.wood not to dark/ modern but homely feel/warmth
Reasonable Size windows in the summer it can be very hot 40s and in the winter very cold -18
