Design required for a 3D Boutique

I am looking to work with a designer to help create a 3D boutique design, I have an visual idea of what I would like but I need someone to help put this together and draw or create a render to help bring this alive for me to provide as a brief for the actual creation of the eshop.

What do I have to provide you:
1) Explanation in words
2) Pinterest Board
3) I could maybe do a very basic drawing to show what I would like
4) Examples of other boutiques

What you should possess:
1) Eye for detail
2) Understand Luxury
3) Be creative
4) Understanding towards my requirements
5) Have an interest in Balinese designs and would be interested in to fusing Balinese with a modern western design
6) Bring ideas to the table
