Design an exhibition stand

I am currently studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in Event Management and need to do a design proposal for an exhibition stand for a well known high street retailer.
I need the expertise of someone who graphically do up the design for me on the spec that I will provide.
I'm not sure what the charge for this would be so I would be happy to hear any feedback!
The initial spec is for:
6m x 3m stand
information area
customer experimentation/demostration area
company branding and graphics
product display area
Anything that might give the exhibit space the WOW factor!
