Create Sketchup model of Seat

I am looking to have a sketchp model of a seat created. I have pictures and CAD pland of the seat. I also have the plans in the following 3D formats: .3DS, .FBX,.OBJ,.MAX so it may be that you can convert them from these but I have tried doing a straight import in sketchup of the .3DS file but it does not come out well with quite a few of the faces missing.

It is important that the seat is as realistic as possible (detail in the cushions etc).

I have attached a PDF showing the seat for reference. All other files can be provided on acceptance of proposal.
