Create a 3D model using lighting design software, Dialux

We are working on a project and require some assistance with the building of the rooms in Dialux. We would normally do this ourselves but due the number of projects that we are taking on at the moment we are looking for Lighting Designers/Dialux operators that can help us out. There will be 8 areas of this property to build but at this stage we are just offering the entrance hall and then if we like your work there will be the other 7 areas. As you can see from the attached examples of dialux renderings, that we have done ourselves in the past, there is a lot of attention to detail required. I am attaching the CAD drawings of the project and it is the Main Entrance Hall that we are looking for at this stage. You will not be required to add the lighting as we will do that ourselves for the time being. There will be further information available such as the finishing details and elevations once the project has been awarded.
The price shown is not fixed and I would be glad to know your view of this. I would also be glad to know your timescale on this type of job.
