Convert Sketchup Model of house (115m2) to Revit Architecture Model and set up sheets

Design details: We are architects and we have prepared a sketch design for a house extension. The design is drawn completely in Sketchup. We require a Revit model identical to the the Sketchup Model to form the basis of legal and construction drawings for the project. We also need views and sheets set up based on a previous set of drawings a sample of which we have provided. The sketchup model is too large to upload, so I have provided images of the model. I will forward the sketchup file and Revit Template upon agreeing a price.

For this work, it would be best to generate model elements by importing the Sketchup model into Revit by picking the surfaces to create walls, floor, roofs and other elements. this is a quick and highly accurate procedure. I have done this stage quickly in this manner, but I am currently using the LT version of Revit which doesn't include the required import feature.
I have provided a simple drawing template which contains sheets and some wall types. I can assign or reconfigure wall, roof and floor types to correct construction, but it is important that the overall thickness of the elements matches the sketcup model.
All views shown in the sample drawing set must be created for the new model. All annotations and dimensions shown in the sample such as north points, roof heights and all other data must be shown. Even if accurate data cannot be worked out from the model, I can correct as required when I have an accurate model to work from.
