Convert a 2d plan to 3d Solidworks Model

I have 2d plan drawings as well as images of a space and I would like to convert these into a 3d model of the space in Solidworks that I can then start to design within the space.

It is a larger rectangular room with two model boats sitting on the floor that I would need included. These do not need to be detailed, just represented. There is a large window at the front with structural steel frames and open steel room trusses that are all identical that need to be shown.

Must be completed in 36 hours or less
