I have a villa file which has been modeled as follows -
Floor plan & elevation plan (2d) - Autocad.
3d model in Sketchup Pro
Now I need a project file for this villa done in 3D Max.
Would like it with lights, textures, furniture, Interiors, landscaping.
Pl use standard 3D library for furniture, textures & landscape.
( i need optimization of the 3d models, if direct import/export is used from Sketchup or 3d Max )
The project needs to be ready for high quality rendering.
