Looking for a fast, highly skilled Chief Architect user to create a clean, 3D White Box structural massing model from a complete set of highly detailed 2D architectural PDFs (The O'Brien Norkus Residence).

Exact Scope of Work & Deliverables:

Exact 3D Translation: Accurate modeling of the 2D architectural drafts into a 3D environment, maintaining all specific floor plans, levels, and wall thicknesses.

Complex Roof & Stair Integration: Precise generation of the complex roof system and intersecting gables as shown in the structural framing plans. Full internal staircases must be included and modeled accurately to the building sections.

Site & Plot Layout: Inclusion of the property layout from the final pages (driveway footprint and pool outline) ensuring both the primary 2.5-story residence and the 1-story ADU sit correctly on the site.

Native Source File: Delivery of the final, uncorrupted native Chief Architect .plan file.

Style & Render Parameters:
