CAD, photo-realistic 3D model and 2D demo of fairly simple UFO-looking metal device

Design details: This specific invention of mine is patent pending, but it has not as yet been made public. An excellent CAD drawing, photo-realistic moving 3D modeling, and a brief (1 minute?) 2D visual animated illustration of its installation and its operating principles is needed for a simple and effective digital presentation to several industries for purposes of performance testing, manufacturing, licensing and ultimate marketing of the device. Strict confidentiality at this point is a must, so I'll first require the attached signed non-disclosure agreement before more specific details and photos will be provided for the work. Initial quotes should be realistic, but may be refined in the event that I decide to get back to you and provide further details to you. For guidance with regard to this present need I'll generally disclose that this device is made of a few fabricated and assembled stainless steel sheet metal parts. Its exterior generally resembles the classic round UFO-shape. It has no ongoing moving parts, but it does have built-in screw shafts for adjusting its position during the installation and fine-tuning process. After installation it is able to constantly operate passively or it can periodically adjusted if desired onsite or remotely using a radio-controlled attachable servo adjustment package. It is designed to be retro-fitted into the standard exhaust vent pipes (stacks) of various common domestic and industrial fossil-fuel-fired water heaters, furnaces, boilers and other heat-production equipment. When pretested and properly installed and fine-tuned it produces lifetime increased efficiency and output, together with significant fuel and cost savings, and greatly reduced carbon emissions. Extra notes: I have dimensional information and rough drawings, as well as pics of my prototype to date. I also have pics of installations of a prior form of this same kind of device I used to install which was inferior to this one, but yet installed in similar places in the venting system. NOTE: I have several inventions and innovations that I am now beginning to get into a professional digital illustration and demonstration format to reveal them visually, explain and demonstrate how they work, and use these digital presentations to more easily and promptly gain contracts and licensing agreements with various industries. Therefore, my available money has to stretch over several projects. So I am looking for the least cost for the quality available, and thus I am presently doing that economic balancing act on each such project.
