Blender expert - face modeling from side and front profile photos

Design details: I'm looking for someone that heavily experienced with 3D character modeling (I would imagine blender is the most appropriate software to model with.

In the process of setting up a 3D printing company that specializes in creating figurines of any customer that sends a side shot and front shot of there face.

If you have any example of faces, action figures, people etc I would love to see

I've attached an example of a face I would like modeled in color preferably. The intention is if you can do this fairly quickly and reliably then I will be sending many many more!
