Battlestar galactica 1980 helmet

i am after building the following helmet to print on my 3d printer, it is from the 1980 show of battlestar galactica and is differant to the 1970s show please see pics attached i have more but these for now.

the shell can be no thinker than 4mm except those places where strength is needed please have a good look and tell me if it can be done it has to be exactly how it looks in the picture
