i am looking for a design of a pallet framework that can be made out of box section aluminium, machines with a simple slot together design.
the idea that this is used as a pallet in our factory.
we will ship sheets of material to our customers. they will use the sheets and then when the pallet i empty they can simply dissasseble it and interlock it and strap it or tape it up and put a prepaid label on it for a courier to collect it and bring it back to us for re-use. i need a design that i can send to an aluminium machinist . the pallet frame needs to be able to safely hold a weight of 2ton so advice on thickness of aluminium is needed too .
