AHU drawing optimized

Hi
I have drawn what i want it to look like, i cant however make the colours blend into each other nicely, i cant get the shadowing and gradient of colours
i cant get the angle to work nicely

i need a separate image of a single dampers circled in red with them looking open so i can overlay when needed
And the two items circled green greyed out (to simulate off) separately

i just need this exact image made better
