A metal sundial 5m tall

I am designing a sundial but can't draw. It will consist of a metal frame with welded laser-cut steel sheets.
I need someone who can do a few simple sketches and maybe a basic 3d model.
Once i am happy with that I will then need good 2d drawings of each sheet that i can send to be cut.
The frame is box steel.
I have more detailed pictures of the panels (i can only post 3 here) The panels will get slowly smaller as they go up the sundial.
I need someone who is good with designing in 3d and making stencils from graphics.
