A few prototypes of a glass bottle design

I need a few prototypes made. It is supposed to be in glass, but the shape is not conducive to glass blowing.
I realize glass 3d printing is in infancy. So if that is not possible, i would like to get some close equivalents. I would like to know a price for the first prototype and and for every additional copy (in different colors).

The bottle is roughly 9 x 33.5 x 2.25 inches.

I am interested in seeing options of materials and costs, since glass could be difficult.

Note: this is actually physically creating the prototype. I can supply the complete CAD file.
