8 to 9: 3d Character Models to be used for custom made Board Game

Design details: 8 to 9 - 3" Tall Character Models based off of existing characters
Ideas for the visual style: Based off of the TV show, Archer
Extra notes: I am making a board game for myself, and need the pieces modeled. I can 3D-Print them but I do not have the skill set to create the models. I am a Graphic Designer by profession and have tried my hand at 3D Modeling to lack luster results.

The game I am creating is based around the TV Show, Archer, and am looking to get all of the characters modeled (Archer, Lana, Malory, Pam, Cheryl, Ray, Cyril, Woodhouse, Dr. Krieger). They will eventually be printed at about 3” tall, and I will paint them by hand. My goal, is to have the digital files of these models and then handle the rest from here.
