4 Brackets Modified

I am looking for a proficient CAD designer experienced with Fusion 360 or equivalent to convert and refine an STL set of 4 brackets. The provided files are in imperial units; they must be accurately converted to metric, dimensions adjusted, and geometry validated for fit and function. Deliverables: metric STL files, optional parametric F3D or STEP models with corrected tolerances for 3D printing or CNC machining. Precision, attention to detail, and prior experience of this type of modification preferred.
