3d visualiser needed

I'm looking to build a long term relationship with a good, solid, reliable, loyal, committed 3d visualiser on a freelance, per project basis.

In addition to the above, here are my other prerequisites;

0) 3ds Max and V-Ray.

1) Must NEVER let me down.

2) Must use legal software and 3rd party plugins - this is ESSENTIAL (you'll be signing T&Cs which will stipulate penalties if found not to be the case).

3) Must sign an NDA and agree to my Terms and Conditions

4) Must be based in the UK - DO NOT CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE UK - it won't work.

5) Skype, fast broadband, preferably a landline.

6) Not into Moonlighting - I need freelancers who are contactable at least during 9am - 5pm GMT.

I'm looking for a long term relationship where I can call upon you to assist me in creating great 3d visuals.

I am the founder of the number one 3d visuals company here in the UK - visualisers will be chosen carefully.

You need to be fast, accurate, not expensive (my clients demand competitive pricing) and willing to please / go the extra mile.

Great work and projects and variety for the right people. Typical projects are interiors, exteriors, architectural etc.

Ideas for the visual style: Self-starter, with initiative, detailed and accurate, professional, committed, passionate.

Things to avoid: Amateur, inexperienced, workshy 9-5 types who are looking to earn on the side of their full-time job.
