3d studio max and vray model with textures

Need a shop floor plan modelled along with all the fixtures and merchandise. you will have all the PDF's of the layout with the fixtures and merchandise shown. I need a 3d model with vray textures and lighting so I can animate it ( textures have to match what was deigned on the attached PDF. Please note that I only require ground floor and do not need the first floor modelled. Best price please as this is a demo with the potential of a lot more work. please email me for more uploads as they are bigger than people per hour allow(Floor plans, fixtures etc).. Also note this has a very tight deadline so please don't propose a quote if your not prepared to deliver within the next 5 days.
