3D SketchUp 2020 Model from Matterport OBJ or E57 files

UK large house project.

Part 1: Need to convert the site captured Matterport data and survey information into SketchUp model.

The outside site 3D model of land level, walls and tress is what is important.

External outline elevation of the existing build is required. No internal modelling of the existing building is required because this will all get demolished, including the external sheds and outbuildings.

No work on the proposed building model required at this stage, this will be done on a separate project.

Client is considering different options on the site and want a 3D model of the existing site to be able to decide which option to progress to construction.

Ideally want workflow to be be producing and supplying SketchUp2020 version models so I can interrogate models, and make own minor adjustments.

Want to have ability to use meta quest VR head set for the client to experience the proposed design. I have been told this can be done from SketchUp to Twinmotion to Meta Quest.

The files have been uploaded to a shared dropbox folder containing:-
- Matterport exported E57 files
- Mateterport exported OBJ & XYZ files
- PFD drawings showing the proposed dwelling details and changes to make from the plans to the 3d model
- A site top plan in pdf and AutoCAD format
- A indicative landscape plan which will need to be amended to suit the proposed schemes.

Please download the files and confirm you can process the files into an existing 3D SketchUp model of the site before offing to do the work.
