3D sculpture print data

Hi, we run a restaurant named after the German fairy tale called Räuber Hotzenplotz.
for our guests we want to use the head of the robber Hotzenplotz as a holder for shot glasses. We have a 3d printer and are looking for someone to create a 3D data for the printer for us.
The sculpture itself should be about 25 cm high. The hat should be horizontal, with 12 holes in which you can put shot glasses. I have created a simplified drawing and hope you can imagine what we need.
