3D Renders needed urgently, limited info and no symbols available. Like a challenge?

We are an office furniture dealer in Dubai called Chelsea Green.
A client will be refurbishing a rehabilitation centre but they have not yet acquired it. Because of the existing staff sensitivity, we have been unable to get detailed photos of the site, only sneaked images and a short video. The changes are mostly cosmetic and limited to cladding a reception desk and columns, installing some lights, new furniture and some mashrabiya separation panels. A coffee company will install a new counter.
The client would like at least two renders of the reception space. We have CAD files , inspiration images and a simple brief.
This is a true challenge in creativity with limited information. and to top it all, we need to submit on Thursday Dubai time. No extension.
Any takers? We are looking to partner with someone to do all of our renders going forward. Subsequent projects will have clearer briefs and actual furniture symbols.
