3D Reconstruction of an Existing Building (02 building)

We need to reconstruct in 3D the building no. 2 shown in figure 1. This building is part of the surroundings of an architectural project we are working on, for which we need to create renderings. Obviously, we are only interested in the exterior of the building.
Starting from a building google earth 3D model, which we will provide, you will need to extract the border of the area project. As on the google earth 3d model there is old building use this only for extract height and border of the lower part of building. You will need to model the building in 3D, following the details in the photo of Google Street Maps, not the google eart. All parts must be created, but the western facade is more important. In Google Maps, the aerial photo shows an old building that has been recently replaced by a new building, which is visible on Google Street maps photos. Please refer to the building on Google Street maps, not the aerial view. We provide an example of a different existing building modeled by us to understand the level of detail (file name: reference_building.blend).
