3D Photo Rendering from Floor plans

Design details: We are looking to demolish our existing building in order to create around 10 parking spaces and two additional stories on 1st and 2nd Floor. Existing footprint is 2750sf. I would like someone to create a concept using shipping containers for what will be co working spaces with a cafe and parking on the ground floor.
