3D Motion Graphics Artist

Ideally looking for a person for long term relationship who can help me with their skills to work in 3d motion graphics required for my day to day budget projects. The typical projects can be a 5 sec logo animation to 30 sec full corporate depending on the nature of the job.
No special preference on softwares but do understand the lingo associated with 3dsmax, c4d or maya. However, needs to think out of the box for any small or big project
