3d models of 18 pieces of furniture

I require 18 separate detailed 3d models of furniture. The pack includes 11 chairs, 3 sofas, 3 lamps and 1 headboard. The furniture would have to be modeled in 3dsmax (2013 or earlier) and have materials applied and ready to render in mentalray (not vray). I have reference images and manufacturer dimensions of each model.
I would be looking for this to be completed in approximately one week and start as soon as possible.
I am a freelance 3d artist who requires these models to be used as part of an animation.
