3d modelling of clothing and 5 second loop animation

I hope you are well.

I'm looking for a cgi artist who can provide a looped video animation of clothing for me. We need a 3d sweatshirt modelled. Please see image 'oversized-sweatshirt' I have also sent a file with the animation plan 'main-concept'.

We are looking for a looped floating product slightly above the floor on a hangar. Main product will not move except for some swaying. A 5-7 second loop could work for this project.

Clothing dimensions:
body length is 28 1/2 INCHES, chest width is 23 INCHES, and sleeve length is 24 INCHES.

How long would the whole process take?
