3D modelling for a pair of hands in emoji style

I need a paid of hands modelled according to the emoji style to the 2 poses I attached. Basically create 2 new emoji images in 3D, then render it to the style I need. It doesn't have to be exact if it's gonna take too much time. I can just photoshop the render myself to get it to the final look.

Final deliverables would be the 3D files (either OBJ or STL is OK) and the rendered images.

I know this looks like a simple job but I expect something accurate and professionally done. Only take the job if you really know what you are doing. I won't pay more than $150, so do the best you can within the budget.
