3D modelling

Hello,

We would like to have façade detail (basic windows, cornices, roof window dormas, chimneys, entrance canopies, roof eaves, etc) and landscape (walls, road kerbs, ramps, underground car-park entrances) modelled in 3D for the area highlighted on the attached in red.

Façade detail only needs to be added to the faces in blue (whether birds-eye or at ground). The area and buildings in pink - needs to be modelled on all facades and needs more attention / detail.

The drawing will be used for concept visualisations at ground level and a concept axonometric line drawing birds-eye view (so geometry to be clean so we can create a good ‘make 2D’) of the overall masterplan.

We would need this 3D model within 1 week from now. File format to be rhino or can be imported into rhino.
