Description
Experience Level: Expert
Anachronistic Animation is currently looking for a group of committed freelancers with a wide range of top-level skills in modelling and animation.
This isn’t a job, and it isn’t a single project. We’re gathering a pool of freelancers (with their own equipment and software) for a set of exciting projects we’re expecting to hit us over the next few months - so we’re looking for people who are freelance because they want to be • not people filling in until the next permanent contract comes along.
Is this you?
We’re looking for Max experts - character animators and riggers (particularly those who know CAT), specialist modellers and texturers as well as all-rounders.
We’re also looking for people who are great on zbrush, Motion Builder experts (particularly people who can script), and After Effects aficionados (great compositors as well as people with skills in more graphical 2D and text animation).
What we want from you:
CVs and lists of credits might be interesting to read, but we’ll make a decision based on your showreel (send us a link) • not your past clients.
Give us an idea of your daily rate (our projects will vary) • and try to point at a specific piece of work in your showreel, letting us know what you did and how long it took you.
Anachronistic projects are varied, but we expect high standards technically and creatively and our deadlines are often tight. We are asked to do the impossible most days, and most days we succeed. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, take a look at our showreel:
www.anachronistic.co.uk/content/animation-and-visual-effects-showreel.htm
because we’re looking for people whose work is at least as good as ours • and then drop us a line if you think you’d like to work with us.
