3d model additional work and rendering

I require some work doing to an existing sketch model with textures adding, people, furniture and tidying up. I also need it importing into a model of the town I have completed. I will need external and internal scenes setting up. CAD drawings have now been completed of detailed sections as well as materials and spec.
