We need a 3D animator to make quality 3D graphics videos for learning ABC’s, Numbers and Colors.
The video will about 2 minutes in duration, be animated in 3D using 1 of our rigs.
The rendering will be in Full HD – 1080p and final video will be MP4

We have a few questions because it is very vague as to what exactly happen from a mechanics standpoint.
1.) Is there a story board already made of what is happening on the screen, if there is can we see it?
2.) Are we doing any modeling of any kind to include back ground or other objects, if so what?
3.) Are we just doing just the animation alone and you are supplying everything else?
This information will affect the bid as it relates to the amount of actual work to be done for the budget you have specified.
