3D Floor Plan & Interior Visualisation for Restaurant

I’m working on a rebrand and interior refresh for a London-based restaurant called Assenheims 56, known for its South American-inspired flavours and legendary green sauce.

We’d like to bring the updated brand identity to life through a 3D floor plan and interior visualisation based on our current layout and new creative direction.

What I need from you:
- A 3D visualisation of the existing restaurant layout
- Styled according to one of our three interior design concepts (we'll share moodboards and reference imagery)
- Inclusion of quote walls, hanging plants, tile details, and warm lighting
- A realistic view of the space in use (dining area, counter/bar zone, wall treatments)
- 1–2 angles/rendered views to present to the client

I’ll provide:
- Floor plans (2D or technical PDFs)
- Photographs of the existing exterior and interior
- Moodboard of the chosen theme: Modern Tropico (natural tones, light textures, South American tile motifs)
- A brand quote for the wall: “Home of the legendary green sauce”

Output:
- Final renders in JPEG or PNG format
- A video walkthrough
