3D CAD rendered image for marketing presentation

I require the generation of a 3D rendered image for use in a marketing presentation. Please see attached for a hand sketch of the object I want to draw. I will need to iterate the design a few times, so I would first like a quick scaled sketch that I can view in eDrawings.
Once we have the basic shape and shape agreed, I would then like to look at the details, such as the surface texture, edges and maybe alter some dimensions, before finalising with rendered images with different views.
I will require the final files in a few standard formats.
