3D animated model of public water feature (comping & camera tracked onto aerial film)

Design details: 3D modelling of public water feature, benches, street lighting, a few trees and people. 3D needs to be detailed, realistic looking with moving people & running water feature.

There aren't any architectural plans available for this at the moment, the only reference that we have at this stage is an artists impression and a rough 3D visual that i've quickly put together.

What we need:

1. Need the water feature area comping onto 1 still image with movement/animation (ie. people walking around, sat on benches, water fountains running).

2. Comp same above animation onto some aerial footage (vertical ascending camera movement) and camera track, so its insitu and blends in with the environment

3. Comp same above animation onto some aerial footage (curved camera movement around subject area) and camera track, so its insitu and blends in with the environment
