3d animated building construction video

3d animation video required showing the different layers that goes into making one of our bespoke eco friendly garden room buildings.
The video has to be slowly ‘spinning’ around the building while the different layers are being added.

The video would start with an empty garden (grass), then a wooden frame put down and then filled with concrete for the base of the building, then the different layers of the building would then start to be added.

The construction contains 8 external side layers and 7 layers for the roof.
I can send the list over.

Between each layer, have a very slight pause (camera still spinning) so that wording can be placed next to it to describe what the layer is.

At the end of the video we would like the different seasons (rain, snow, sunshine) showing that this room is good for use all year round no matter the weather or temperature.
