3 d design to scale for four sculpture bases

I require 3d design pattern drawing to scale - for 4 sculpture bases. These are to send abroad so a supplier in Asia can build the bases to spec. I have the pencil drawings of a rough design- very simple shapes (Rectangles and elipse) and dimensions. The 3d drawings need to show the internal steel structure with dims - as well as then the structure clad in granite ( in 2 colour options) (so 3 times images of 4 different) I work as a Curator and Artist Manager
