Design website for new business

I would like a website designed and developed for a new business I'm setting up. It will be 6-8 pages, quite simple (text and images - I'll supply the text but would like images supplied by you), and I want a clean, modern design. I'll also want links to Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. I would ideally like it set up using Wordpress but am open to other suggestions.

I want full ownership of design and images and want to be able to update the website myself.

Please quote a fixed price, send examples of other sites you've designed and developed for a similar budget, and please let me know when you can start and approximate timeline.
