Design website

I'm looking for someone to design a website for me. Don't mind if the website would be done in word press/html etc. as long as looks and works fine. One of futures of the website needs to be an option of membership, so people can log in to view the contest. Also they would have to pay to view the contest. So option of PayPal or pay by card is necessary. The website is going to be about football where I would be giving tips what to bet on. On the main page and all the other I'll have adverts from different betting companies, so space needs to be allocated when design the website. The logo and necessary can be delivered by me if necessary. Looking to have the website done within next 2-3 weeks.
